This unit supplies the TimerPool for ESBPCS.
Classes/Interfaces Included:
TESBTimerEvent : Allows components and other routines to add their TimerEvent to the TimerPool.
TESBTimerPool : Allows a single TTimer to be used by all the poll-based instances in ESBPCS.
