This unit supplies various Date and Time routines based around Reference Dates, TESBRefDate and around Astronomical Julian Day, TESBJulian, and to be used in the forthcoming Date Class for ESBPCS.

Warning: This unit still under development, and routines assume that Validation, etc has been done before calling them as opposed to other Units where routines are developed to be used independently.

Includes Routines Covering:

• Leap Years.

• Date Validation.

• Julian Day Conversions.

• Day of Week.

• Special days including Easter.

• String Conversions.
